It feels like a hundred years ago already but recently I went to see New Look's gorgeous SS13 collection! I'm a big New Look fan in general and every season at press day I fall in love with half a dozen things without fail.
This season they had a very cute little bloggers section where we could go and style an outfit from the new season. Naturally, I got carried away (nonsurprise #1) and then couldn't decide anything (nonsurprise #2) so I did three outfits with all my favourite bits. Three!
My first look is all monochrome with a pop art print and spots and stripes. I stole one of each of two different pairs of creepers but, hey, I would totally wear one of each pair together. (Shoutout to everyone who did this with Converse when they were seventeen!)
And this jumper is cosy and nice and I want it. That is all.
The second look is centered around this gorgeous floral jacket. Fit, no?
I know I'm getting old because I keep thinking to myself "oooh, this is such a classic look with a modern twist" and then I want to GAG inside my own HEAD. But, yeah. Classic. Modern. Etc.
That pink mini is just super cute, right? Here I am, post-mindgag, holding a rather lovely shoe.
And I've saved the BEST FOR LAST. I fricking love everything about this outfit.
It's like a check list of my obsessions. Aside from the fact that there isn't, uh, a top (my boobies are cold just thinking about it) this combines my seemingly unending love with floral trousers with my definite unending love for clutches. I'm also into tweed at the moment (oh gawd, I AM getting old) and this fluro biker jacket version is lush.
