I'm still really bummed out by the news that one of my favourite labels, Luella, has lost its Spanish backers this last week. If I was a bazillionaire, I'd be stepping in, but as I'm not, I'm hoping someone else will save the day.
It'd be such a shame to lose this, right? :( Cutest dress of Spring/Summer 2010, surely!
ANYWAY. All this reminded me of the project I was working on this time last year for my course at London College of Fashion. For one of my electives I had to do a mini-project making a look-book and 'getting the feel of the brand' for a label of my choice and I chose Luella... I already posted these images here, but what the hell. I still like them!
These collages are made from images taken from all over the net. I didn't create any of the individual pictures shown here (although I did write the text) and I don't want anyone to think I'm claiming credit for their beautiful artwork. I used drawings by Kris Atomic and Style Bites that I can remember!
Photoshop skillz = not many but vibe capturing? I think I did it, no?
