If I was a boy, I am sure that I would be a trainer freak. I honestly think that my
love for shoes would be as strong regardless of gender and would still
need to manifest itself somehow! I love looking at them -- and keep
trying to steel myself up to buying some gorgeous ones-- but I never
actually manage to wear trainers myself. I have one pair of battered five year old
Converse high tops, but they make my arches ache and are only for
severely lazy days and emergencies, like forced outdoors 'fun'. Besides, they are quite shamed by these beauties.

It is a bit sad that my dainty little feet are far too small for all the goodies that boys get, but I figure they need something all of their own - especially as we're way out in front on the dresses/skirts/trousers/rompers/jumpsuits/leggings/icouldkeepgoing combinations.
That's why I made the If I was a Boy category here on Wolf Whistle, because I think it. A lot. And right now I'm thinking it about these delicious
Ato Matsumoto trainers from the future. It's like what George Jetson would wear if he was young and sexy and, uh, 3D.
Especially the silver ones. WOW, fashion robot!
I guess in a silly way they are from the future: the shoes are not due to be released until January and the only place you can buy them is Oki-Ni where they retail for £199 (or $293).
However, if you are credit crunched, fear not! Dazed and Confused have an competition to win £2000 worth of goods from Oki-Ni. Yes, I entered with all of my email addresses. You should, too: click here to enter.
If I win, I promise to give some stuff away on here! And if you win, maybe you could get me a little something?
those would look amazing with faded 501s, back to the future stylee. not sure about the silvers but the reds and whites are ace.
