It's those fabulous Antonio Berardi heelless boots that really make this look work. What's interesting to me is the difference between the fetishistic look of the all-in-one boots and the coziness of the outwear. 50% soft and stroke-able; 50% slick and sexy!
While searching for information about Antonio Berardi, I was interested to come across this article by the imitable Hadley Freeman on the Guardian website talking about how these boots actually work. And amazingly, apparently you can actually walk in them because the front part is weighted so you don't tip back. Clever, huh?
